About the Images to PDF converter
This tool combines JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF and AVIF images into a single PDF, one image per page, entirely in your browser. Nothing is uploaded: the images are read, laid out and written into a PDF file on your device, which makes it safe for scans of IDs, receipts and contracts.
Pages can match each image's size, or be A4 or US Letter with the image centered and scaled to fit, in portrait, landscape or matched to each image. You can add a margin and reorder the pages by dragging or with the arrow buttons, or sort them by file name (scan-2 comes before scan-10).
With Original quality, JPEG photos are copied into the PDF byte for byte, so there is no quality loss and the file is barely larger than the photos themselves. Phone photos that need rotating, and other formats, are converted to JPEG at 92%; transparent areas become white. High and Smaller file re-encode every image and cap the resolution at 300 or 150 dpi for the page size. Lossless stores the exact pixels, which suits screenshots and text.

Common questions
How do I make the PDF smaller?
Choose Smaller file. A phone photo drops from several megabytes to a few hundred kilobytes and still reads well on screen and in email.
Is there a page limit?
Up to 200 images per PDF. Pages are built one at a time, so large photos work, but a very long document needs a lot of memory.
Can I add text or merge existing PDFs?
Not here; this tool only turns images into pages.
